How I Whiten My Teeth

I've been on the hunt for ways to whiten my teeth without stripping them senseless and making them super sensitive.

Introducing the best toothbrush I ever had...Colgate MAX White Expert White.

Yes this toothbrush retails a little higher then your regular brush but that because its no basic brush.! Yes this has a built in whitening pen and it works sooo well.!

My teeth were yellow for so long (like legit this colour) but now I can see white in the mirror at last! This pen is so easy to use, its fool proof. All you do is brush your teeth and then apply the paste with the pen and off you go with the rest of your day, no need to wash it away or anything. I do this twice a day once in the morning and once at night as instructed. And the best thing about it is I have no sensitivity what so ever (she says as she eats Ben & Jerry's - caramel chew chew if your wondering).

With a good brush you need a good toothpaste - Beverly Hills Formula Perfect White Sensitive.

So I seen this in Tesco and was curious to try it out...cant say that it whitens my teeth all on its own as I pair it with the brush, BUT as a whitening toothpaste it doesn't make your teeth super sensitive to hot/cold things. I also noted that they have a wide range of products even a charcoal based toothpaste that helps combat bad breath (not that I need that..just saying).

Monochrome Love | OOTD

So the sun didn't come back to us (hence the indoor photos)... Maybe next week.!

But that didnt stop me from working this summers must have - white jeans.! Yes Im in love with white jeans and if there ripped? well thats ever better.!!

I decided to pair them with a simple white tee that I love to pieces that one of my friends got me on a trip to China. Its lashing rain here in the west of Ireland so that means runners and a leather jacket I stole from my sisters closet...thats what their there for right?!

Cuticle Care | ManiMonday

Lets talk cuticle care.!
Im the first to admit that I never touched my cuticles EVER I was always afraid to go near them its crazy to think that I thought it would hurt lol...it doesn't.!

I really want to take more care of my nails and that starts with your cuticles. I was in Penneys (Primark to others) last week and found this cuticle oil and decided to give it a go, I also picked up this cuticle pusher to try and fix up my nails.! Both of these products came to a total of 3euro which is amazing. Penneys beauty range is getting better and better and its soo affordable.!

Cuticles 101:
So all we need to do ladies is push our cuticles back with the white side of this tool, and flip it over and trim the excess. I do this every time I go to do my nails.

Now we need to moisturise them to make sure they don't look dry and crack. This oil is easy to use and I love how it comes in a little nail polish bottle with a brush.

This definitely makes your polished nails look much more professional.

  Im loving this colour 'Glazed Cobalt' from Max Factor its a part of there gel shine lacquer collection and gives your nails that gel look finish.

Lets Talk Beauty Blenders

If your not applying your foundation with with a sponge trust me girl your doing it wrong.!

Im loving the finish that a sponge gives when applying foundation apposed to a brush. I feel it gives a much more flawless look and even distribution of the product.

 Im just out of college and saving my cents so the real thing isn't an option for me so I've gone out and found a cheaper alternative that works just as good.

I find that the makeup sponges from Forever 21's beauty range Love & Beauty work the best. These come in a pack of two with two distinct shapes. They soak up the water soo well - you want them to almost double in size and this one is perfect.! When applying your makeup with a sponge it is KEY that you wet the sponge first so your makeup doesn't soak into the sponge and you lost half the product.! This is the second set of these I've went through and at only 8euro I love 'em.!!

So thats our foundation sorted so now onto concealer.!

Yes theres a blender for that too. Penneys or Primark depending where you live have brought out the cutest little beauty sponges that is perfect for your concealer application and your pocket at only 2euro.! Just like with the bigger ones you still need to wet the sponge first in order to get that perfect flawless finish.!

Day at the Beach | OOTD

So since its absolutely miserable when I look outside the window I thought I'd bring some sunshine to your life through a summery outfit post.!

It was sooo nice here in Ireland this past couple of weeks (lets hope it comes back.!) and we were off to the beach every chance we got.! So heres what I wore chilling at the beach with my sister

Westport House | OOTD

So this weekend my sister and I decided to be tourists in our hometown.

I remember our mam used to bring us to Westport House when we were little and its changed sooo much - the only thing thats the same is the bunny (Pinky I believe hes called) that they bring out for the kids. This old bunny looks like he could star in a horror movie.! lol  Maybe thats just me as I have a MASSIVE fear of people dressed up as characters (I was scared by one as a child and since then I just cant.!) some say its irrational but I just don't like the way they get right up in your space.!!

ANYWAY even though we didn't go on any of the rides (word ride used very loosely) we still had a fun day.! 

Next time we're definitely going on the mini train for old times sake

Everyday Makeup Routine | Get Ready With Me

I promised myself at the start of the year that I would make more blog posts, start uploading to my YouTube channel and get fit.

Well here it is guys my first attempt to film a make up tutorial. I was bored last night so I decided to film a quick video (thats why the lighting is a tad off). I found it soo much fun.! I loved filming and editing my Paris vlog and Im defiantly going to upload more.!

**As for getting fit Im currently waddling around my house lol Im loving Anna Saccone Joly's fitness videos, there perfect for getting fit in the comfort of your own home - because going to the gym can be a very daunting experience.! Shes uploading a new routine every week for 6 weeks (Im still on week one so take it at your own pace) its time to get #bikiniready as it looks like we'll actually get a summer in Ireland for once.!! **

Rimmel Volume Colourist | Review

So if you follow me on Instagram (@lorrainemoran94 btw) you'll know that last month I bought the new Rimmel 'Volume Colourist' mascara with lash tint complex. It promises to tint your lashes and ladies it worked.!

Yes I am a little slow with this review but honestly Im glad I waited. The first few days I got this I have to admit I wasn't a fan... for me it wasn't giving me enough volume - I love volume in my lashes as I don't use fake lashes (I haven't mastered the application yet).  

It did take me a while to get used to it and for a while I paired it with Scandaleyes it get optimal volume but now Im loving it by itself.! The wand is the perfect size and its not plastic.!! 

As for its tint complex? I love it.! I always had TRANSPARENT eye lashes people would think I didnt have any at all if I didnt wear mascara. But after using this everyday for a month now I can see that my top lashes are slowly beginning to look less transparent.! Yay.!  

Thats why this is one of my May favorites and I will definitely include this in my summer giveaway.! Yes I am saving up so I can share with you some of my faves. This along with a GORGEOUS of nails I saw in Boots today will be included - Im not called Fake Nails and Mascara for no reason.! Ill be adding a few more bits and pieces of course so please be patient with me ( Im just out of college so its safe to say im broke AF.!) But Im trying lol.!!
